QuoteFlow is operated by Nwogu Miracle Chijioke ("we", "us", or "our"). QuoteFlow is an AI-powered quoting, invoicing, and payment tool for trade contractors.

2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you use QuoteFlow:
- Account data: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
- Google sign-in data: Your name and email address if you sign in with Google.
- Quote data: Job descriptions, locations, trade types, and line items you enter when generating quotes.
- Payment data: Subscription plan and billing status. We do not store card details — these are handled securely by Stripe.
- Usage data: Pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the QuoteFlow service
- Generate AI-powered quotes based on your job descriptions
- Send quotes to your customers on your behalf
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Send you important account and service notifications
- Improve and develop new features
4. Third parties we share data with
Supabase
Database and authentication provider. Stores your account and quote data securely. Privacy policy

5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to how we process your data

QuoteFlow uses essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in and remembering your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

QuoteFlow is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Your continued use of QuoteFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
