1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using QuoteFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What QuoteFlow does
QuoteFlow is an AI-powered quoting and invoicing tool designed for trade contractors (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and similar trades). The Service allows you to:
- Generate professional quotes using artificial intelligence
- Save and manage your quotes
- Send quotes to customers by email
- Track quote status
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use QuoteFlow. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteFlow.
4. Subscription and payment
Free trial: All plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start your trial.
Subscription plans: After the trial, you can choose a paid plan. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that, no refunds are issued except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QuoteFlow to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited emails to customers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
6. AI-generated content
QuoteFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes. You understand that:
- AI-generated quotes are estimates and starting points — always review before sending to customers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any quotes you send
- You own the content of quotes you create
7. Your data
You own your data. By using QuoteFlow, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep QuoteFlow available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteFlow and Nwogu Miracle Chijioke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of QuoteFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
